The pilgrims routes to Santiago de la Compostela are many, one of them is the Camino de la Plata (The Silver Route). This route goes from as south as Mérida and Sevilla up through the spanish core-land up to the north.
There's not much to see apart of small countrysite villages and some smaller cities every now and then. Though it definitely is one of the routes which still can give you the moments of insight, which I assume that on the traditional route almost have become impossible.
About this picture in particular... to be honest, it was rather a failure... there was a fox down at the water drinking, and I wanted to shoot him (well on picture of course). But I was too slow. And then I figured that even without fox it would be a nice scenery. |
