The photographer
In one of the adjacent ways to the Walk of the Prince is situated the statue called The photographer of the Big Field. The sculpture was entrusted by the Deputation of Valladolid in 1994 and Eduardo Cuadrado was executed by the artist vallisoletano. The project was contemplating the creation of the sculpture of a photographer in natural size in attitude of being taking photographies.

The inauguration of this statue put end to the acts that the Deputation of Valladolid organized in memory of the saga of the Muñoz, a known family of street photographers, and especially to his last representative, Vicente Muñoz, official photographer of the Big Field during more than 50 years.

The sculpture of the photographer was realized in glass fiber to be emptied later in bronze. It was placed in the place that Muñoz arranged for so many years your chamber. The photographer is in pose of realizing a photography with a former chamber of tripod, concealing his(her,your) head under a canvas, with the left hand directing the machine and with the elevated right
