Excellent POV that show both sides of this dramatic bend in the river. The green water contrast beautifully with the red sandstone. Great depth achieved from this prespective.

Bonitas fotos de este rio Duratón que por lo que se ve es bastante caudaloso y por las orillas se deduce que hay veces que ha superado mucho su cadual,¿O es que es la cola de un pantano? Me sorprende ver la profundidad y caual que puede haber alcanzado. Por otra parte por lo agreste y lo yermo de los llanos superiores parece el Gran Cañon del Colorado.
'' Si es que en España tenemos de to!!

Bueno, las fotos muy bien hechas un trabajo muy bueno.

looking at your different images of this place I have to agree absolutely with you that the main post is certainly the right choice as the prime presentation. Very nice framing with the water on both side of the bend. Colors quite typical for some desert like place. and good match between the green of the water and the scarce vegetation on the ravine.

I like the wonderful light all over the scene. I like those plants/trees on top of the hill...I saw the same ones in Toledo when I went there; it gives an arid feeling to the landscape...

I wish you had a wider angle lens on this one to be able to cover the whole river turn. I also think the focus is a bit soft, maybe it could use some sharpening.

hello Ros, that's very interesting place. it remainds me of Grand Canion in USA -- with similar meander of the river and similar ground colours. I see, that you manage very nice light, and LIGHT is everything! :)
