El río Duratón forma hoces magníficas, brillantemente reforzadas por meandros espectaculares. Esta imagen está tomada allí, donde el agua se remansa y acumula como consecuencia de la presa, unos cien metros más abajo. Final de un bello día de campo, gozoso por la compañía de unos buenos amigos. El sol se despide generoso del cielo, del agua, de los seres vivos. Su canción suena siempre nueva, y todo se remansa y calla.

The river Duratón forms magnificent ravines extraordinarily enhanced by spectacular meanders. This image is taken there, where the water becomes calm as consequence of a dam, some hundred meters further down. The end of a beautiful day in touch with the nature, joyful day by the company of a few good friends. The sun says goodbye generously to the sky, to the water, to the alive beings. Its song always is new, and everything becomes quiet and silent.

This is a worthwhile sunset post, Angel. Your POV gives two good depths. The one is looking down into rhe canyon and the other is looking into the distance. The sinusoidal formation of the river leads us through the landscape that is submerged in most beautiful colors.

Une photo que j'aime beaucoup, un beau point de vue et une très belle perspective de profondeur. Les reflections sur l'eau sont jolie et les couleurs dans le ciel sont belles aussi. Un magnifique endroit pour réaliser des belles images.

Vaya, vaya Angelillo, veo que la cosa estaba poética a pesar o quizá porque los buitres no estaban hoy a la vista. Muy buena composición y mejor nota, eso del sol despidiendose generoso del cielo y demás me parece inspirado en Machado (Antonio). Muy bonita foto.

Esa luz... ese color... realmente una foto con un toque mágico.

The colors' beauty is quite sure. The river balances composition very well. And the plateu in front of us is completely smooth with the same altitute all over.

no conozco este lugar, pero tengo referencias de que vale la pena visitarlo. Tu foto me lo confirma, es un paisaje impresionante y además lo has captado en un momento mágico, con esa luz y esos tonos rosados.
Los reflejos delcielo en el agua son una maravilla.

Hola Ángel,

El paisaje es estupendo y el momento elegido mejor aun, el color lo es todo en esta imagen aunque la composición también me gusta, principalmente por su profundidad, el río es el complemento ideal para ese cielo, si le hubieses eliminado al agua el ruido quedaría aun mejor, buen trabajo amigo.

Pd: Una nota muy poética ;-)

This is a well captured scene and one that has a strong, warm colour cast. The reflection of the sky in the water is a nice feature and the scene has great depth due to the way you have framed it. Nice capture as the light levels would have been low. Well done.
