[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The Roman Bridge in Salmanca, with a romanesque church behind and wild poppies in the foreground. The bridge spans the Río Tormes, and was built (yes, by the Romans) in about the 4th century.
This was taken on a gorgeous May afternoon when I should have been researching term papers! Instead I went to the river with one of my friends and had a picnic...oh, I miss the Spanish pace of life!
