| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| Here, as promised, is the oldest university building from a different angle and at night. The whole center of the city, from the Plaza Mayor south to the Cathedrals, is lit up every night to show off the amazing architecture that draws the (mostly European) tourists. The lights on the ubiquitous yellow sandstone gives everything an antique golden glow--just beautiful! This was a lucky capture; I happened to be out on my way to a cafe (Mandala!) just before the night got truly black, and the moon was in just the right place, so my patient friends waited for me to take advantage of the timing. This is the only shot that turned out really well, but trust me, Salamanca is gorgeous at night. Actually, don't trust me; go see for yourself! |

Moon is very well placed in this photo. Some illuminated clouds around it make the photo even better. You were just in the right place at the right time.
The photo you uploaded is very small (only 360x480px), while maximum size allowed at TE is 600x800px.
