Photographer’s Note

The knowledgeable Salamanca, with its two universities, two cathedrals and its many palaces and churches, peaks at the beauty of its Plaza Mayor. So much richness in such close quarters shares perfectly the youthful air of a prosperous and bustling city.
Its stones reflect the university students' life from yesterday and today, that prohibit the city from aging. Within its classrooms and its libraries studied erudites such as Saint John of the Cross, Father Luis of Leon, and Unamuno. Today you will find within those walls the Spanish generations of the 21st. Century.
The visitor will find within Salamanca little streets brimming with history and life, that create the enchantment of this city which is not based only in its monuments. It is a summary of history throughout the centuries. In its mix of quietness from the ancient masonry, time has passed together with the joyful noise of the youth, that in its invigorating spirit, resides the magic of Salamanca.

I love the warm rich colours of the buildings and the detail you have achieved, a lovely blue backdrop of the sky with just a splash of cloud to make it interesting, great POV.

La iluminación fuerte ha sido tu gran aliada en esta toma tan espectacular; te ha permitido resaltar las tonalidades de una manera bien definida.

El encuadre es perfecto, la arquitectura distribuida por toda la escena establece una colorida composición. Muy bella, sin duda.

Olá Mirari,

Bonita vista de Salamanca. Me gustó mucho el ambiente que se vive en esta antigua ciudad universitaria.Quando estuve aí estaba a nevar y haci mucho frio.
Las colores Y definicion estan muy bonitas.

Hola:
Bonita imagen de la catedral Salmantina, supongo habrás encontrado la rana sobre la calavera de la fachada de la universidad.
En otras fotos tambien me ha pasado que te lo redirecciona a TOLEDO y tampoco lo he encontrado solución.

Te invito a que veas al astronauta y al dragon de mi galeria, ambas estan en la fachada de la catedral.
