Photographer’s Note

Forget the main cathedral in Salamanca and go looking for the Romanesque gem which is hidden in the corner and accessible only by paying an admission charge to the 'museum'.
The museum is in fact the original cathedral and houses one of the best romanesque art and architecture I have ever seen.
It makes the 'new' cathedral look like a misshapen lump in comparison.
