Photographer’s Note

Un lugar entre La Bañeza y Astorga, siempre que paso por aquí llaman mi atención este grupo de álamos en medio de la llanura.

La imagen está tomada desde el coche en marcha, y no están saturados los colores, quien conozca la zona, sabe que se dan mucho estas tierras rojas en toda la provincia de León.

A place among the Bañeza and Astorga, whenever my time here call attention to this group of poplars in the middle of the plain.

The image is taken from a moving car, and the colors are not saturated, who knows the area knows that there are a lot of these red soils in the province of Leon.

Hi, Charo!
A simple, but quite effective composition. It's like three layers (sky, tree and field). I notice the car is moving because of the smoothness on the fields. Great and strong colors and contrasts.

this is definitely not a complicated or sophisticated shot!
however no doubt that it provides a positive visual impression: the luminous blue sky with puffy clouds, the color contrast blue of the sky/orange of the ground and the trees with their original shape, as if they were in motion
Maybe i'd have cropped just a little bit of the bottom so as to have the horizon line a little less centered
Otherwise super

immagine molto ariosa con eccellente contrasto cromatico tra il rosso del terreno e il blu del cielo.
L'inserimento degli alberi tutti verdi, spezza piacevolmente questo equilibrio.

hi Charo,
I've always enjoyed landscape photos like this - strong colours, minimalistic composition, emphasise on shapes and patterns. and I actually like the slight motion blurr in the foreground, it seems that the soil is rotating towards the trees, and brings the eye with the viewer with it. very well seen and presented.

Te vas a reir pero los árboles me recuerdan a una escultura que hay en Barcelona, una de la Barceloneta que evoca a una ballena. Aunque, eso sí, me gusta más ésta que no la de la ciudad condal.

Bonjour Charo,
un excellent coup d'oeil et une belle harmonie de couleurs entres les orangés du sol et les bleus du ciel, coupé par ce bosquet aux verts majestueux.
Les jeux de couleurs constituent pour moi le point fort de cette photo.

don't know why, at a first glance this image made me think of those stadiums built in nowhere, seems like an architect put those trees in such an original way!

Hola amiga Charo,
estas tomas desde el coche en marcha te salen geniales, ya he visto algunas y siempre tienen un buen resultado.
Desde luego que el color rojizo de estos campos castellanos es una pasada, y el contraste cromático con aquel siempre bello cielo azul le da una gran belleza.
Este conjunto de álamos aislados parece querer colonizar el campo, y es un buen contrapunto verde al bello colorido de la composición. Las nubes son una preciosidad.
Excelente trabajo.

Es como ver tres franjas, cada una, distinta:
la más llamativa, la de bajo, por ser roja, luego los arbólicos en medio y el calmante cielo.
