Composition is good and B&W makes it look more dramatic.

The Choice of POV & Subject in B&W is really excellent & dramatic!...
But would`nt a sharp focus on the Subject make things look more elegant?...

It is a more powerful image because of the sky as it is and the day that this is. It gives such a presence to the crucifix and of a power above. The point of view is good. But maybe it would have been more engaging closer and more to the right to get more of the crucifix shape here. And perhaps it could use some more contrast to make it more powerful feeling. But it works well like this, too. And the black and white was a good choice adding a different moodiness to it than if it were in color. Those flowers, though they probably were beautiful in color, would have changed the mood a lot. So good choice here.

Interesting picture, the choice of B&W makes it more dramatic, particularly with the cloudy sky, a little threatening.
I agree with pamastro's comments, maybe you could have moved a little your point of view so that the crucifix would be less centered (crop a little on the left, maybe have a lower point of view) and the B&W lacks some contrasts (I'll try a WS if you like, but I can't do it before sunday night).

Hi dear Juan,
I like this heavy dramatic scene, great in B&W as a fine choice for it,Your POV is best here,I did a WS just for composition and contrast, simple WS and I hope you don't mind,be sure I like your shot very much,Thanks for sharing,Juan,

I agree with you.... the photo is so much more dramatic in the b and w. The profile of Jesus and the cross is very strong against the town on the background. Well done.

It definitely is a powerful picture. I agree that going B&W was a good move. I like the looking-up perspective and how it is suggestive of a prayer. Thank you for sharing.

Paco

Hola Juan Ramón. This is a well composed photo, with the way in which the crucifix in the foreground is seen rising above the village buildings. The upward angle and the cloudy sky together with the black & white give it a certain dramatic quality. I agree with the improvement suggestions and with Mohammed's workshop, but your photo is already quite well-made. Nice work, keep photographing and posting.

Very expressive photos. You have chosen correctly B/W form - it makes this photo more interesting. Jesus Christ in the center of photo and normal life going around. That constrains me to thinking...
