Do you remember this photo?

It was taken a few weeks ago but... this one was taken yesterday.

It looks completly different and this is the magic of this time. Every season everything change... well, really every month everything is different.
Last days have been really cold. Last week we were -8º C... well, it was only two nights, but try to image how hard and difficult can be the daily life in these villages. But also is very beautiful.

And, of course, if you don't know about it: last week snowed in Spain!!!

When you walk on the snow and contemplate this wonderful scenary you understand better what means this kind of life. And you love it or you hate it... and I love it.

I hope you like it.

(today I wanted to post a different picture: Syros, Bohème del Mar and two musicians, an italian and the other one from Andorra... but snow is too important)

Otra vez el sitio este? Qué pasa que no tenéis más allí en Cocolandia o qué? Por Dios, se agradecería un cambio de registro. Por lo menos, el aburrimiento sería diferente no?

Pues si Carlos , el paisaje es el mismo pero esta vez con un poco mas de frio.... no sabria cual escoger de las dos puesto que las dos tienen su encanto, buen trabajo! Carme.

imagen preciosa y sin lugar a dudas con
el sello "Coco".
Vaya vacaciones te estas pegando en
Quintanilla ...... así podrás seguir
copiándonos momentos este de la foto,
con esos tonos cálidos en un otoño
frío de nieve, buena captura con la
ermita presidiendo un interesante
encuadre en tierras burgalesas.

concerning the snow I fully agree to you, it is essential! Snow adds a very beautiful new dimension to the landscape and - most important - snow is soaking up the noise. You have captured a wonderful atmosphere of tranquility with very moody colours. A great impression! TFS!

We do not expect snow in Spain!! It's wonderful to compare the two images. Now we need you to take one in spring and another in summer and you will have the set! Did you build a snowman?

yes, yes, this exactely what I suggested in the other autumnal picture, Carlos. And I love the comparison of mood/season. The other is naturally more beautiful but I lov the winter details seen here. Now, we need the other two seasons :D

Me gusta mucho el color de esta foto, casi parece una foto antigua que ha perdido sus colores. La foto con los niños en la nieve también me gusta, bueno mejor dicho, con el niño y el "fantasma"...

m'alegro de tornar a veure't per aquí, espero que tot vagi bé.
Ja vaig rebre la teva col.lecció de fotos de Cocolàndia, i aquesta la recordo especialment.
M'agrada l'efecte que has captat de la nevada encara a la tardor, amb el punt de vista cap amunt i la bonica ermita dominant el quadre.
Es pot sentir el fred en la teva foto, l'ambient està molt ben capturat.
Bona feina, i gràcies per totes les fotos que ens vas enviar.

Hola Carlos,
Es muy interesante presentares dos fotos delmismo lugar y con el mismo POV, con solo unas semanas de diferencia para que podamos apreciar las grandes diferencias entre el Otoño e Inverno (aunque que en el calendario son las dos de Otoño).
Me gusta mucho el PdV y el encuadramiento de la iglesia que hiciste con los arboles y la hierba en bajo. Las lineas formadas por las rocas de la colina ayudan la mirada a encaminarse para la iglesia. En este caso, el echo de la iglesia quedar centrada resulta muy bien.

amazing view. the landscape is fantastic. I like the texture of the snow mixed with the ground, the shapes of the nude branches with their soft shapes and the little church in the top, being the center of the interest. well done and nicely done. congratulations
