After Madrid, Toledo and Segovia I have visited Avila.
Avila is the small town, it locates in the autonomous community of Castile and León, and is the capital of the Province of Ávila.
It is sometimes called the City of Stones and Saints, and it claims that it is one of the cities with the highest number of Romanesque and Gothic churches.

A good sample for "haw a good pov should be" ?
Without the arch it would be just an ordinary Street scenery, but the arch frames the scene perfectly and adds a very unique taste to your compo.
TFS and best regards

the way you used the arch to create natural frame for the scene is really superb!I like this strong and eye-catching contrast it creates and how it enhances the perception of the main scene.
Have a nice evening

I was here almost 30 years ago but I don't recognize this building at all. It's a nice street view and you have composed it well by shooting it from inside the vault. The dark curve frames the view very nicely.

For a somewhat non-descript building, you've made it stand apart with a smart composition. I really like how you've used the natural arch and shadows to create the frame within the frame, and the fact that is is not uniform in shape makes it even more appealing. This gives a virtual feeling of looking through something like a keyhole, but on a much wider scale. A very nice and pleasing look at a seemingly routine street scene, this actually generates a desire for a closer look. Good focus showing the detail and texture of this building. Nicely done. Enjoy the day ahead. Take care.
Friendly regards from Arizona,

Very creative use of the partial framing with the arch, I like that a lot. Thats a nice record to have, that many churches of importance. I imagine this place is a dream for photographers! Certainly this is a beautiful building you present here, and the contrast of light and shadow is cool.
Best wishes from Ireland

Framing in the frame - excellent idea. The main theme the building is taken in excellent way, of course.
Have a nice weekend!

Tu sembles avoir suivi le même chemin que moi dans cette très belle partie de l'Italie. Ici, j'aime le point de vue sous l'arche qui découpe superbement le ciel bleu et qui met en valeur l'immeuble de pierres.

A very fine little street scene, well framed by the arch that also contributes to the composition.

Using the arch to frame the building is a good idea. The point of view is showing the details and colours of the architecture of the building. The good luminosity is enhancing the colours. Have a nice day.

Nice frame within a frame and great control of exposure too.
