Photographer’s Note

Esta foto quiere romper un poco con la blancura de los molinos de mis fotos previas. Aquí presento una típica toma a la hora azul desde el balcón de mi habitación en el hotel donde estaba alojado en Toledo.

Podéis ver la terraza del restaurante durante el crepúsculo, pero me decepcionó no poder ver los monumentos de la ciudad iluminados, debido a que sólo se iluminan durante el fin de semana, y yo estuve allí desde el lunes hasta el viernes.
A pesar de eso, tomé esta foto, y unos momentos antes tomé otra donde se ven la Catedral, el Alcázar y otros monumentos de la ciudad en la oscuridad, y que presento como WS para que podáis opinar.

This photo wants to break a bit with the whiteness of the windmills of my previous photos. Here I present a typical capture at the blue hour from the balcony of my room in the hotel where I was lodging in Toledo.

You can see the terrace of the restaurant at sunset time, but it disappointed me not to be able to see the illuminated monuments of the city, due to the fact that only they are illuminated during the weekend, and I was there from Monday until Friday.
In spite of it, I took this photo, and a few moments before I took other one where there are seen the Cathedral, the Alcázar and other monuments of the city in the darkness, and that I present as WS in order that you could think.

C'est un moment magique pour passer une soirée romantique, très jolies couleurs du ciel, les lumières de la ville et les petites étoiles a la terrasse du restaurant, cette image va parfaitement avec la photo de vous deux en intro :-)

This is a very unusual sunset/blue hour shot. I love how you include the diners in the foreground, while the sky is wonderful shades of blue and orange. I also like the WS with the different exposure. The townscape is still fairly light but the sky isn't as good as this one. Best of all would be a combination of both.

La veritat que no fa falta dir que l'exposició d'aquesta foto és i era molt difícil.
De fet, he de dir que jo no l'hauria posat sense anar una mica més lluny amb el postprocessat.
En tot cas és una proposta molt interessant.

Bella imagen de la hora azul sobre Toledo. Me encanta la banda de color rojo-anaranjado en el horizonte. Este es un momento realmente especial, un espectáculo de colores y luces para disfrutar.

una gran vista la que podias disfrutar desde el hotel, me gusta la composicion a pesar de la ausencia de los monumentos iluminados como comentas, los tonos del atardecer son fantasticos, y las luces diseminadas crean una fotografia interesante, buen trabajo,

Hola Josep.
Bonito contraste el que se produce con el calido ambiente de la terraza iluminada del restaurant y la ciudad en semioscuridad, una pena que no estubiesen iluminados los munumentos, afortunadamente tenias un cielo y sobre todo una linea de horizonte que por si solo ya era una belleza, con lo cual queda una foto sumamente atractiva.

Me conformo con ver esa magnifica vista captada en la hora azul del precioso cielo lleno de diferentes colores y la terraza de tu hotel la cual debe de tener una estupenda vista de Toledo no solo en estos momentos del atardecer sino también durante el día. Tu WS nos permite ver algunos detalles de la famosa Catedral y Alcázar.

Namaste Josep, great dealing with light and darkness. Here you created double light effect. In background there is a blue light converted gradually to red, and in foreground there is artificial lights. Great composition with beautiful colour management. Sharpness and POV is perfect. TFS.

You took these picture during it blue hours, exactly before the totally dark night.
Sharpness and clarity are superb, excellent panorama view about the city.
Good perspective through your excellent choice of your angle.

The exposure is first rate here. The twinkling effect of the lights in the fg leading us to the sparse lights in the bg under a dramatic sky makes this beautiful. Different exposure in your WS picture, but this according to me is better. Very nice!

Dommage que tu n'aies pas eu les monuments illuminés, il faudra y revenir ! J'aime beaucoup l'ambiance apaisante du soir sur cette terrasse de restaurant. Le ciel semble essayer de te consoler avec ses feux du coucher de soleil.

Hola Josep,
Els monuments no estan il.luminats, però, tot i així, una vista molt bonica, en aquesta hora del crepuscle.
La terrassa del restaurant està ben situada en el primer pla. (Lloc molt bonic per el restaurant!)
La WS és també bonica, però prefereixo la imatge principal.
