Tower mudejar of the Church of Saint Tome.

Church with a Mudejar tower from the fourteenth century. Save the El Greco's famous painting "The Burial of Count Orgaz."



The church dates from s. XII, but was rebuilt in its entirety at the beginning of the fourteenth century by order of the Lord of Orgaz. The tower is one of the best examples of Mudejar art in Toledo. In his two upper, brick, opening groups of two and three arched windows other túmidos scalloped lobes. The interior is kept one of the most famous paintings of El Greco, 'The Burial of Count Orgaz', which is exhibited in a special chamber.
