Photographer’s Note

I have returned to check my files, and continue finding some photos that I would like to share here with all of you. Unfortunately, through the fault of a problem with the hard disk of my previous PC, I lost enough photos of this zone.

But those who were saved, from today I will go presenting them.

This photo is taken in the hill called Cerro Calderico, which receives the windmills and a magnificent castle in Consuegra, province of Toledo. These mills that Don Quijote believed that they were giant, and whose vanes were his enormous arms, against which he fought, and logically, he lost his battle.

In the photo we can see to the right a shade of one of the vanes of the mill, an illumination element, beyond the magnificent landscape of these plains, and to the bottom of the image, the Montes de Toledo. And of course, the extraordinary sky of La Mancha, that fascinates to me.

I hope that you like, and also I wish a good weekend all you.

I dedicate to this photo to my friend Jaap, a lover of the wind mills like me.
