Photographer’s Note
On the west coast of Cantabria are two of the most precious cultural treasures for those who can be found in this region: Santillana del Mar and Altamira Caves.
Santillana del Mar, about 30 kilometers from Santander, is a living museum of a medieval village developed around the Collegiate Church of Santa Juliana, although most of their villages correspond to different architectural contributions to the fourteenth century.
The historical-artistic Santillana can not visit more than on foot.

Hola Luis ,
Colors seem to be unnatural : but may be it is the effect of the stormy light , or the moment of the day ... or these colors are the real ones . In any case , I like a lot the perspective on this superb street . The architecture is outstanding , and the paved street is superb .

Luis,
This is a nicely composed shot with the street creating a diagonal through the shot. The lighting and colors are odd but but nice, I guess this is the effect of the cloudy sky. The photo has nice crisp details and sharpness.

Hola Amigo.
Luis.

Hi Luis,
loveable and pictoresque corner. The atmosphere is suggestive. I like the sharpness of the bricks and the stones of the road. Very well done!
TFS.
Have a nice weekend.

Ciao Luis,

Hello Luis,
Very interesting and beautiful architecture.
I like the textures and the sharpness of the walls and the cobblestones very much.
Glad to read that there are no cars allowed in the historical centre of Santillana.
Best regards, Paul

hola luis,
another reason to visit Cantabria... =)
images treated in PP like this always make me think of movies like " the lord of the rings"... something about the light and the colour of the stones, I suppose.
your interpretation of this corner is interesting, it has indeed a Medieval feel.

Hello,
This must be an amazing place. The image looks like the line drawing-great effect. For me very good sharpness although somebody may say too sharp. No matter I like it :) Nice vivid colours and a great point of view. Congratulations.

Hola Luis,

Hi Luis,
A very interesting tone as drawn by hdr something. Sharpness and three-dimensional impression are truly amazing, and light on the arches is exquisite.

Hola Don Luis.

Bonito perspectivo tambien.
Saludos
Nikki
