Photographer’s Note
Un rincon de Santillana del Mar (Cantabria). Este pequeño municipio, es uno de los más importantes atractivos turísticos de toda la región ya que alberga la Cueva de Altamira, considerada como la "Capilla Sixtina" del arte rupestre, y la Colegiata de Santillana del Mar, que data del siglo XII.
Debido a que es un importante foco turístico sus adoquinadas calles se encuentran casi en su totalidad repletas de posadas y tiendas de productos típicos cántabros.
A corner of Santillana del Mar (Cantabria). This small town is one of the most important tourist attractions throughout the region and home to the Altamira Cave, regarded as the "Sistine Chapel" of the rock art, and the Collegiate of Santillana del Mar, which dates from the twelfth century.
Since tourism is an important focus its cobbled streets are almost completely filled with inns and shops typical Cantabrians
