"standing on the Calderón dock in the bay of Santander (in Cantabria-northern Spain) is the emblematic sculpture Los Raqueros by José Cobo Calderón,commemorating the time when local children would bathe naked and dive for coins pitched into the water by passers-by"
in the Workshop section you can see all four bronze boys of today as well as the original Raqueros in a very old photo from 1890.

Yeah, Kostas, I suspected you as the perpetrator of this shot even before reading who the author was ;-)
Unusual frame, as usual ;-)Nice proportions and diagonal lines make this composition more dynamic, I was about to jump with him, actually... Contrast between the figure and water is striking and accurate here. Well done!

Η πολύ καλή γωνία λήψης αλλά και η παραμόρφωση που έδωσε ο τηλεφακός, δίνει στην σύνθεση σου μια αίσθηση κίνησης αλλά και μία αίσθηση ότι είσαι εσύ που θα πηδήξεις στο νερό.
Εξαιρετικό "γράψιμο" του νερού που με τους σκούρους τόνους του μπλε και τον ελαφρύ κυματισμό δίνει ένα μικρό αίσθημα φόβου.
