[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a picture of a sunset in the Bollullo beach, in the north of Tenerife, Canary Islands. It's very common in our archipielago that some beaches are made of black sand, that comes from the volcanic rocks and the ocean that beats them constantly. For my taste, the contrast between the golden light during the sunset and the dark sand makes a magic image. I hope you can enjoy it!!!

Esta es una fotografía de una puesta de sol en la playa de El Bollullo, en el norte de Tenerife. Es bastante común en nuestro archipiélago que algunas playas sean de arena negra, que proviene de la roca volcanica y el océano que la golpea constantemente. Para mi gusto, el contraste entre la luz dorada de la puesta de sol y la arena oscura crea una imagen mágica. Espero que la disfruten!!!

You diagonal f/g composition, with the inclusion of the off-shore rock, makes this much more than just a sunset!

The reflected light on the wet beach, and the flying seagull silhouetted in the sky, are touches of magic!

A really beautiful sunset picture .Lovely composition with the rocks , the waves , the reflection of the sun on the sand , and the little bird .
The horizon line is a little (very little) inclined .

Hola Victor,
Lo mejor de la foto, el haber podido estar allí en ese momento. Le tengo mucho apego al mar, a pesar de que tenga que hacer al menos 40 kilómetros para verlo. Me relaja muchísimo, me encanta su sonido, su olor, su falta de dimensiones reales, su carácter cambiante. Así que me pongo en el lugar sin ninguna dificultad y puedo disfrutar de ese precioso atardecer. Los reflejos dorados sobre la arena, la ola llegando a la orilla (puedo oirla), los contrastes con la roca negra. Todo crea una bonita estampa.
Y ahora es cuando me dices que no es una de tus fotos mas personales. Je, je, je.
