Photographer’s Note
Las Charcas de Erjos (Erjos pools) lie between the boroughs of El Tanque and Los Silos, constituting a valuable ecosystem. They have been created from the original quarries, which have filled up with rain water to form a series of lagoons, which, with the growth of the vegetation, create an excellent habitat for birds. Many species that are rare or endangered in the rest of the island, find refuge here.
I hope you like my picture

I do like your picture, Victor.
Misty shots are your speciality these days, and this is one of the best. The intense yellow-green fades gently into the distance, complemented by the brown at the top and side. The darker greens are well placed. I can imagine walking along this curving track!
Thanks,
Winifred
