Josť Saramago roundabout in the town of Tias in Lanzarote Island.
Josť Saramago, Portuguese writer, Nobel Prize in literature, lived in Tias from 1993 until his death in 2013, was honored with a steel sculpture of almost five meters which represents an olive tree made with the initial letters of Josť Saramago - the trunk is a jot, these branches a esse. The work is placed on the roundabout which gives access to the complex of the House and the Library of the writer.

Hey Joao, this is a very interesting picture together with its' description. I didn't know that the most famous portuguese writer had a house on a spanish island. Lanzarote seems to be a unique place when I look at the pictures of the houses, trees, mountains. Thanks for sharing :)
