En descendant depuis le village de Taguluche vers l'ancien embarcadère que l'on voit en contrebas à droite , ces quelques palmiers résistent tant bien que mal aux conditions difficiles . Mais sur des champs en terrasses abandonnés et désormais plus irrigués , leur survie est aléatoire ; l'un d'eux a d'ailleurs perdu la tête ...

Les palmiers comme des chevelures hirsutes sont spectaculaires. Une belle nature devant un océan non moins beau. La composition induit beaucoup de profondeur. La lumière, les couleurs et la netteté sont de première qualité. Bravo.

Hello Denis,
A breathtaking view of the steep hillside and the unbroken horizon of the Atlantic. The island looks very barren, except for the palms. Maybe it's greener in other parts. The general impression is quite dramatic and very different from the wide sandy beaches of some other Canary islands. Superb light and contrasts as always.
