Photographer’s Note
It's a short walk west of the Old City and its popular attractions, and you'll find this old castle, or fortress, which had been neglected for centuries and now restored.
I don't know if the river is the one that centuries ago flew in the place of today's Passeig des Born, the main boulevard of the city, possibly diverted to this place, or another one. Anyway, I liked its colors, mixing the transparent part with the partial reflection, and the "opaque" green surface.

Hi, neighbor!
Lovely composition, great use of diagonals to center the eye on the distance point. Excellent light management, too; it's not easy to control this kind of strong light and shadow. Great colors, too.
Best,
Dan

Daniel,
Your composition and POV are great with the low perspective and the use of the river to lead the eye through the shot. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and detail. Great use of lines and angles in this shot.

A nice sharp shot under beautiful lighting. The perspective through the bridge makes for a nice photo. Well done.

Hi Daniel,
I really like the symmetry of your composition, wuth the triangle if weed and the triangle of the old city wall. I know this spot well and have a photo in my gallery taken from the window you can see in the turret.
I believe this is the river than was redirected to make way for the Born
Cheers

Hi Daniel,
The point of view leads our eyes over the bridge toward the end of the castle. The partial reflections in the water are a good addition to the composition. The colors are warm and the light brings them out. Have a nice day.
Pierre
