Photographer’s Note

Ribadesella (en asturiano Ribesella o Ribeseya) es un concejo de la Comunidad Autónoma del Principado de Asturias. Limita al norte con el mar Cantábrico, al este con Llanes, al sur con Cangas de Onís y Parres y al oeste con Caravia. Fundada por Alfonso X el Sabio. Fue uno de los principales puertos asturianos del S. XIX.

El concejo cuenta también con numerosas empresas dedicadas al deporte de aventura, como piragüismo, espeleología o escalada. El primer sábado de agosto después del día 2 se celebra el famoso Descenso Internacional del Sella, donde acuden deportistas de todo el mundo y se celebra una gran fiesta local.

También este concejo destaca por la variedad turística que ofrece, y sobre todo por las actividades que rodean a la Cueva de Tito Bustillo, famosa por sus pinturas prehistóricas.

It borders to the north on the Cantabrian sea, to this one on Llanes, on the south on Cangas de Onís and Parres and on the west on Caravia. Founded by Alfonso X the Wise person. It was one of the principal Asturian ports of S. The XIXth.

The council is provided also with numerous companies dedicated to the sport of adventure, as boating, speleology or climb. On the first Saturday of August after the 2nd there is celebrated the famous International Descent of the Sella, where sportsmen of the whole world come and a big local holiday is celebrated.

Also this council emphasizes for the tourist variety that it offers, and especially for the activities that make a detour to the Cave of Tito Bustillo, famous by his prehistoric paintings.

Das três fotos esta é mesmo a mais bonita apesar de eu também ter gostado do WS1. Aqueles edifícios antigos são lindissímos e parecem bem conservados. O pintado de azul é mesmo espectacular. Gostave de ver uma aproximação a esse prédio.
O teu PdV é excelente assom como também o são as cores.

Entra o mar e o rio temos esta magnifica povoação de Ribadesella. O pov é muito bonito bem como as casas já muito antigas.Mas a agua deve ser muito fria :(

Une très belle image d'une région d'Espagne que je ne connais pas. L'architecture de ces maisons est pour moi étonnante et inconnue.

Hola C haro!
Merveilleux village au bord de la mer et quelle belle architecture, le tout bien présenté sur un fond de roc. ILs sont chanceux d'avoir seulement la rue à traverser pour être sur une magnifique plage. Bonne composition, belle harmonie de couleurs et intéressante note.

Hello Charo,
this part of the town seems to be a pretty village cut out of a fairy tale book. Despite of poor lights you could achieve nice, vivid colours in front of a majestic and protecting rock wall.
