Ok, so it's a tower with a little bull on top. Is this significant somehow? A little more info in your note would be great to help us understand why you want to share this picture. The picture itself is lacking any kind of interest for me, however it's not the a long way from the worst I've seen on this site. Technically the contast is too high (your highlights bleached, and your shadows have no detail). What method did you use to import this image onto your computer? It looks like this picture was taken during the middle of the day, when the suns light is at it's harshest. During this time of day it is better to photograph subjects that are indoors, or that are totally in the shade. I hope that this has been helpful :)
