Hello friends and colleagues, today I present this composition I picked up while walking in the coastal town of Chipiona, in the Spanish province where I live, Cadiz. The title I was inspired by the novel by Ernest Hemingway, "The Old Man and the Sea". Hope you like. Then a few letters on the town of Chipiona.

Chipiona is a Spanish municipality located in the province of Cádiz, in the autonomous community of Andalusia, and a village of the municipality. Viticulture: Moscatel wine making, Oloroso, Fino and wine vinegar. The most original vintage is made in a province with great wine culture, takes place in Chipiona to develop its muscatel raisins, which has already achieved several international awards. The grape, muscatel Chipiona, once that is collected is spread on an area of ​​the resort to dry in the sun and thus acquire greater sugar. The process, which is done by hand, is very time consuming because the grapes must turn them over to dry all alike.
