Photographer’s Note

Cadiz is a very unique town. I cannot really explain it but before arriving there, when I saw somebody's shot of Cadiz cathedral in TE, I knew it will be different. It starts with this yellow dome cathedral (1635) which is not similar to anything I know. But the most intriguing is the location of the town on a sharp tiny tip of a peninsula. Yet the small space does not disturb this town to encompass in its borders fantastic beaches, plenty of atmospheric narrow streets, or couple of picturesque squares. And the historians say it may be even the oldest town in Europe. What is very interesting for a photographer: there is a fantastic view from one of the cathedral's towers, from which you can see sea in three directions. You just have to go there and see it by yourself.
