A half drainpipe, Wallpaint in several colours: the effect of all this overdue maintenance of the house is in my opinion very charming.
Location: the old city of Almeria in the south of Spain.
Hope you like it.

Hello Huub,
I totally agree with your comments. Looks dilapidated but nevertheless retains a certain charm. The sort of building I would photograph myself. Here, the framing from the tree makes for an interesting contrast with the peeling paintwork. Very good sharpness. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Huub, I'm just browsing and came across this lovley shot, as you say it's overdue for a bit of tlc but the charm is still there. It's one (of many) things I like about France and I think Spain is very similar, lots of old but wonderful houses with faded colours and cracked plaster. A fine shot my friend and it's good to make contact with you once more.
Regards
Stephen
