Hotel in the sky

Welcome to Hotel "Belvue".
It is situated above the city of Kranj on the hill called Smarjetna and is one of two places which could be called hotels in Kranj. The other one is hotel "Creina" in the city center. The image was created using three stiched photos taken from the city below the hill. You can climb to the hotel in 1/2 hour. If you look carefully, you'll notice a tractor in front of the hotel. What is its purpose will remain unknown. Photos were taken on a beatiful autumn morning with the sun almost direct to the hill, hence the colour of the cloud.

amazing, people build things in odd places
I wonder how to reach this place, can you go by car to this place ?
nice work on the stiching, Alex. a little bit noise could be seen in the large version, but unnoticable in the small one :)

Hi Aleksandar,
Interesting place with very steep slopes. Nice autumn colours, and sky blue matches with it perfectly. Panorama format works here well.
But I don't think the large version brought anything extra here this time. Except that I am able to see the tractor, and grain of the film.

Hi Aleksandar, šele zdaj vidm koliko dreves je posekano , da bi se naredil lep razgled iz Smarjetne g. Lep posnetek in dobra composicija.
