Photographer’s Note
It's early morning by the river Soca. We were cycling over Vrsic, the highest pass in Julian Alps, and tomorrow we are continuing down the river. I was guarding fire, so I could take advantage of being awaken so early. Kanin massif is already receiving first light of the day, while the valley 2000 meters below is still sleeping.
