Photographer’s Note

Ljubljana's Central Market, unmistakably designed by a famous Slovenian architect Joze Plecnik (pillars were his passion), stretches along the right bank of Ljubljanica River between the Dragon Bridge and The Three Bridges. Its lively character during opening times on weekdays and Saturdays attracts locals and tourists alike, buying fresh produce, fish, flowers, souvenirs, clothes..., strolling among the green-and-white market stalls, having a drink in one of the many cafes. On Sundays, this urban beehive is replaced by emptiness and tranquility. This photo was taken on a cold, sunny, somewhat foggy November Sunday at the upstream end of the market close to The Three Bridges. Its arcades were devoid of any life form, which made this day perfect for photographing endless rows of pillars from all possible perspectives... Until this man walked into the picture, lingered there for a while, then slowly walked in my direction oblivious of my presence, immersed in his own world, and offered a whole different perspective...

pa kva je folku kle gor?!?
Ocitno ne bi prepoznal klofute pa ce bi jim jo primazal...
fantasticna fotka s poudarjeno rdecico...kot sramezljiva vaska deklca ki se zaveda svoje zapeljivosti.
Ritem belo rdecih stebrov prekinjenih z rdeco ploskvijo in prisotnostjo crnega moza je izjemen in naredi sliko kar se da graficno.
Res...prav jezijo me lene riti kle gor k dajo pike samo tistim za katere vedo da jih za zihr dobijo nazaj...pha!

Cau.

Lepa fotka. Gospod je bil, kot izgleda, precej zamisljen. Ni se mogel odlociti med belo kocko v desni roki in crno v levi.

Krasen topel odboj opek v stebrih zelo lepo pozivi sliko.

Hej Nataša,

Fino in ostro s prijetnim, precej jesenskim motivom. Tudi preosvetljenost na levi lepo služi fotografiji, ampak dobr da jo je samo toliko. Prijeten okvir za horizontalo, ampak pomoje vseen mal preširok na straneh (ampak vseeno prijeten in ujemajoč). Všeč mi je tudi ostrina, oz teksture, to se vid še posebaj pri električni omari zadaj in na ceglih (eh, opekah:>) ter shiny površine na tleh. Precej kul postprocesirano. Mrbit bi bilo lah mal več izraznosti na dedku, ampak zakričat mu ravno ne moreš naj buli v aparat. :)
