Photographer’s Note
Piran is old Mediterranean town which is situated at the cape of the Piran peninsula on the northern side of Istria. The town is actually one large museum with the medieval architecture and rich culture heritage. Narrow streets and tight houses are a special charm of the town. Piran is an administrative centre of the local area and also important Slovenian tourist centre
The most remarkable buliding of the Piran is a parish church of the St. George. The church was built approximately in the 12th century, present figure is from 1637. The tower bell of the church St. George was bulit in 1608 and is a smaller copy of the famous tower bell of St. Marcul in Venice. Interior of the church is worth seeing.

bonjour Miuky,
vous avez réalisé une fort belle image. La composition et les couleurs sont très bien, on se verrait bien là bas sur ce petit bout de terre. Dommage que vous n'ayez pas pu approcher un peu.

Hello Miuky very interesting scene which fills me with wonder about this place. A well chosen composition with good exposure revealing important detail in the shadow areas. Love the horizontal framing.. Very well done.

Hi Miuky,
This is a very nice job. Ideal for Postcard or Poster.
The blue color of sea is so attractive and the fore ground in the sea is great.
Very nice location for visiting.
TFS & Good Luck,
Jay.

Hi M ;-)
What i like most are the tiny waves all over the image, giving it a very natural depth. The two different kinds of blue from the ocean and sky are wonderfull exposed, just as the overal composition which looks very nice with those redroof houses.
A very good one...really nice.
Regards, Henk

Hello,
a splendid view of Piran - it looks as if it stretches very far into the sea (more than I had the impression in the reallity) and that unusual impression adds an additional interesting note to this clear photo with great colours... blue as the sea should be and white crests of burja waves...
Best regards Kristof

Zdravo M!
Še en pogled izmed mnogih na slikovito piransko cerkev.Zelo mi je všeč preprostost kompozicije.
Moram reči,da mi je od vseh,ta še najbolj všeč.
Simple je always the best. Pozdrav!
