I know, people prefer to see marina views. Boats, yachts, girls, lads,... Maybe next time.
Here, we can observe an example of an invasion of new architecture in the old "stuff". If you classify it as a very unfortunate or very successful, it depends of your state of mind. I would bar these urban planners from any other city job including roofing.
