Cloud reflex Photo

Photographer’s Note

The pic was shoted in moderate cloudy weather. Suddenly the sky was opened and from a hole in the clouds was shown the sun, which makes a beautiful reflex of the clouds on the sea together with the sail boat. I was been just there so I take the opportunity to shot an interesting pic.
On the soft autumn light I have set the exposure time on 1/1000 sec and I open the lens on f/4.

You're becoming a reflex shot's expert, Max. I like the way we are able to see details from the sky by the water, and not directly looking at it. The colors are great, so as the boat and the city at the background.

Nice clear photo dispite the weather. The reflection is excelent. You could crop just above the hills to center more attention in the reflection.

You made perfect use of the photo opportunity here, Max. The reflection is really great, colors and sharpness are right on, and the city below the hills in the background completes the pretty setting. Jose's cropping idea might be interesting. Well done!

Very nice reflex, maybe better than the real thing. Water looks a bit "oily", but you can't do nothing about it. Well done.

Lovely tina, lovely reflections. I like the houses and mountain fading in the background. Too bad we don't see the whole boat.

Another nice reflection shot by you. The shaky water give a nice reflection.

But wonder will it be nicer if the whole subject(top of the boat) be captured in the pic.

A photo of a boat always gets my attention. This is a very nice shot with beautiful reflections. The colours are softly muted and present an excellent composition.
Well done. I see you use a Canon S30 as I do. It is good to see how other people use this camera.

Very nice, sharp reflection! I also agree about cropping of the actual sky, becuase the reflection looks even better then 'the real thing'.

Fina fotka. Všeč mi je kompozizija, čeprav pogrešam vrh jamborja. Slika je tudi idealen material za histogram adjustment. En predlog je v workshopu aka delavnici.
