Photographer’s Note

Lost in the green hills of Dolenjska you will find a small church surrounded by fields and forest. That small church is part of the estate of Peter Pavel Glavar at Lansprež.

Of the former castle and manor Lansprež, we can today visit the renovated church and the traditional hayrack ("kozolec") with ten pillars. The estate was named after Peter Pavel Glavar, a known priest and apiarist.

This place has a special meaning to me, because something magical happened here. And I wanted to share a piece of that magic with the rest of the world.

Beautiful photo of the landscape. I like that church hidden in the trees. It looks like some scene taken out of a fairy tale. Great colours as well.

I like the photo :)
The red roof of the church enlivens the photo :) The "red element" is always a good thing ;)
There is some noise in the photo (the sky)... but that doesn't matter much, to me. Concerning the composition, I would clone out that bit of the tree on the left.

Nice capture...
Beautiful bluish sky at the backgroung..good sharpness and contrast...
I was thinking,how it would be if you used a low POV to take this image..may be it would better..
