Dear Andrej,
I like this picture very much. However, two points:-
I think a black frame would engance the picture rather than the white one you have given it.
Also, a little added contrast would make the colours stand out.
By the way, can you tell us more about the coal mining?

this is a dream photo andrej! one can see himself on the wooden pier and imagine thousands of stories from there on... nice reflections on the water, i like these blue tones... very nice indeed. i agree with tony about the contrast... could be enhanced in Photoshop...still is a nice shot! bravo
