Photographer’s Note

Tatranska Lomnica is a village established in 1892 by a Hungarian landlord and as the first health resort in the High Tatras mountains. It is a significant touristic and holiday centre in this mountains. Among the first „bigger“ buildings rank hotel Lomnica (1893) and Grandhotel Praha (1905). There is a headquorter of TANAP (Tatra´s national park) and also a museum of TANAP has been set here. Tatranska Lomnica is and important starting point for further tourist trips, mainly thanks to a cableway (opened in 1940) goes to Lomnicky stit via Skalnate pleso.

Wow, Look at that cloud hanging just below the mountain, so mystic, yet you get really nice details ont the landscape below. the cable lift is a anchor point that grab your attention. Though we don't see the top of the mountain but we can truely appreciate the beauty and grandness of the mountains judging from the cable going up, we know just how tall they are. thanks

What a better way to capture the cable car than with a fog at the end of the view? I think you have done well in this composition to give more space to the fog to balance out the dark green and grey of the landscape below.

The red car in the fog range is much better than below it, for contrast purpose.

And I like the exposure even though there is light and shadow on part of the valley. Good work.
