[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Kremnica is a town in central Slovakia. It has some 5,700 inhabitants. The well-preserved medieval town built above important gold mines is the site of the oldest still-working mint in the world. After Banska Stiavnica that`s in my opinion second most beautiful city in Slovakia.

The city-castle clearly visible on this puicture was build in the 13th through 15th centuries over the town. In the first half of the 14th century, it became the residence of the Chamber Count. The seat was immediately fortified with a double wall containing several bastions and towers. The castle represents a unique example of a very well preserved fortification system in Central Europe. In the 14th century, it developed into a multifunctional complex of buildings and became thus the center of local administration, religious life, and defense. At the end of the 15th century, the Chamber Count moved to a newly built house with a unique diamond vault. Thereafter the residence of the Count in the castle was converted into the St. Catherine's Church.

Witaj Andrzeju
Zawsze twierdzilem ze Słowacja to turystyczna perełka. Takich zabytkow i krajobrazow dlugo sie nie zapomina. Piekna architektura i bardzo ladnie pokazana, sliczne wiosenne kolory. Dzieki!

Andrzej,
Nice shot of this fine architecture. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and detail. The composition and POV are great with the trees and grass in the foreground forming a buildup for the shot.
TFS,
Asa

Hi Andrzej,
very nice photo with pretty colors, good light and fine detail. Composition and POV are very good as well.
I´d try to correct the converging verticals.
Anyway, this photo is very pleasing to my eye and you did a good job with your note.
Thx for sharing.
Adrian
