Photographers Note
Ostry Rohac (on the left, 2084 m) and Placlivo (2126 m), divided with Rohacka Pass (1955 m), seen from Rohacka Valley.
Trail leading along the ridge of Rohace is called "Eagle's Path" of West Tatras because of the level of difficulty for inexperienced tourists. It is very precipitous, but supported with chains.
Route is closed between 1. November and 15. June.
My first black and white here. Should i give it up ?
Waiting for honest words.
Greetings.

Hi Mat-Tom ,Well this is pretty good photo, but it´s shame for me, never been at Rohace, but heard that Western Tatras are a little bit more beautiful then their Higher neighbours.

Hi,
What I like about this shot is the composition and gradation of tones. The trees sweeping in front of the mountains is spectacular. The details of the mountain side draws the viewer into the shot. The light across the tops of the mountains is fantastic. Excellant work!

Nie wiem co powiedzieć. Oświetlone szczyty wyglądają świetnie, ale dół zdjęcia nie bardzo mi się podoba. Chyba można próbować b&w, ja w każdym razie będę szczery ;).

O! moje ulubione Rohacze!
Świetna jest podświetlona grań, osobiście spróbowałabym chyba panoramicznego cięcia no i moze jednak więcej kolorów ....
... jednak to kwestia gustu ...
Pozdrawiam!

Hi Mat,
Very well composed. I like the POV here, and the dichotomy between the snow covered mountain and the forested slope. It works well in B&W, but I think your exposure level is a little low because there needs to be more of a glow on the snow slope and a little more light in the sky. Overall, though, the shot is successful and I think you should keep experimenting with B&W. Well done.

Pozdrawiam. PS. Ostatnie moje foty wysyłane do TE też są B&W i nie mam wahań.
