Nothing´s what is seems: This little fellow is eating up the dandelions flower which is still wet and sticky from the morning dew.
There are many of these snails in the gardens this time. Now they do not mean no harm, but they will as soon as vegetables appear from the soil. These snails (gasteropods) enjoy damp environment and love to prey on ripening fruits and vegetables and can cause a lot of damage to the crop. |
