Piestany: The Spa Island Photo

An idyllic spring evening in Piestany - the Spa Island.

Piestany is a spa town well known for healing of locomotive organs disorders. The Spa Island is a river island on the river Vah.
Many of old spa buildings are built in secession/art nouveau style.
Local hotel and gardening high school takes care of gardens and flowers in the town, so you can almost always see some flowers in bloom. Piestany´s city center (together with the island) is a place for a nice walk.

Hello Adrian.
Really a nice shot, well-balanced between light and shadows. A good foreground whit this slash line of yellow flowers. The human figures give dynamism to this architectural picture.
