Towards Petrzalka Photo

Photographer’s Note

This is part of the highway that goes across the Danube to the southern part of Bratislava, Petrzalka, a huge area that is essentially full of "Commieblocks". In the distance you can see the UFO top of the "New Bridge" and new office highrises. A good part of the old town had to be torn down in the 60s and 70s to build this highway (including much of the Jewish Quarter along with its synagogue).

Hello Philipp,

The red and white car lights leads us very depth to the background.
Also the enlightenment of the church gives a very nice image care for an attractive picture, lovely for look at.
You did very nice, excellent of composition.
Sharpness and clarity are superb.

Hallo Philipp,

These scenes are classic, but especially in vertical format they can bring a lot of perspective depth when we also have focal points in the background and that is exactly what you have here.
A bit more EXIF info would be nice knowing how long the time-exposure was for example, but the blue hour and the exposure it self is very good and brings out a very good image in front....well done.

Ein ins Auge springendes Foto mit einem tollen Aufbau. Dieser Gegensatz von Alt und Neu und zwischen den Farben des Vorder- und Hintergrundes ist einfach umwerfend - und dann noch diese Dynamik aus den Scheinwerferlinien. Ein sehenswertes Bild!

fatastic POV and great composition with the car lights.
The church architecture is very distinctive and it contrasts nicely with the modern pieced of architecture which are present there on the horizon as well.
Adding the street makes the shot really interesting. Very well done,
