this is a very pretty facade and definitely drawing attention. Tight framing suits the scene very much and accentuates the details. I like very much the dark statue in the corner which diversifies the composition in simple and elegant way.
Great colors and sharpness.
Thanks for sharing and enjoy your day

A well framed composition. Nicely exposed and with excellent clarity, enabling us to fully appreciate the architectural detail to be observed on this most interesting façade.

As I read your note, I noticed you didn't mention what this building was. Well, it's the beautiful Art Nouveau Palace of the Hungarian Exchange Bank, situated on the main square (Hlávne námestie), built in 1906, with the Roland's (or Maximilian's) Fountain on the right hand side. Nice crop of this interesting façade with lovely architectural detail. Bratislava is a wonderful place to visit, and this image brings some great memories to me.
in the main square.

What a building! Blue and gold looks so regal, and this is no exception. Even more so that it appears to be guarded by a rather austere looking figure on the right hand side. Great chosen point of view, I would likely have gone straight on, but I'll think again in future as this angle gives depth a nicer feel.
Thanks as always

Exquisite golden adorned facade, Miro.
Superbly collected its fine outlines, and fine light and clarity on.
The statue on lower-right is breaking the pattern and gave excelent contrast.
Cheers & enjoy a nice weekend.

an interesting presentation of this elaborate and distinctive façade. The angle from which you captured it was difficult as it wouldn't provide symmetry and would make framing quite challenging. You dealt with the challenge effectively and gave us a fine layout, including, at the same time, two special features at the opposite corners of the frame. Details are lovely and as for the colours, I think that the warm tones dominate your frame and are delightful. Congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a great day,

You're capturing well this an Art Nouveau palace by a good angle and very excellent tone/clarity, so it's interesting and impressive to see the elegant building with a good design and some sculptures. It's also good color contrast with the combination of bright tone. Very tasteful building!

I think older buildings are better design and well built. Awesome capture of this ornate and beautiful architecture with good lighting and nice details. Well done, tfs.

A pleasingly cropped image with nice range of tones and rich colors, although this palace is not really that old but it still does look elegant and charming. The capture makes this an interesting perspective and pov, bright and clean bags of detail in the crafted stonework making the overall effect is very pleasing to the eye. The blue window create a nice overall contrast. Excellent postcard image, Congrats

Somehow I let this one get by me!? This just goes to show that although we can't always achieve the most efficient viewpoint for composition, you can still create a very pleasing and strong image. It's odd how the bottom of the frame is level, but the top half is angled...fear not, I completely understand the quandary...been there myself a million times it seems. :) Rich yellow and gold colors contained within the tight framework, which really makes this come alive, and the darkened statue to the right makes for some superb contrast of color and element. A tough arrangement, but one that has a nice result! Enjoy the new day. All the best.
