Another picture from little slovakian tatran village Štôla.
The small houses in the background are aboriginal granaries for corn and are made from fired clay.
Foreground displays slovak hens having a lunch time party :)

Hi Veronika,
This is a most rural scenery and very peaceful and pleasant to look at!
Good to see hens living like that, and not in factory like casings... And the eggs taste so much better too!
Well composed image, with strong colours... All beautiful!

This is such a heart warming rural landscape from your beautiful country. Great colours, sharp contrast. The hens are having their lunch, I hope they don't become somebody's lunch very soon.

I love this! A pity for the shadows though; I find them a bit too distracting. Otherwise very good pov and interesting granaries in the (never seen that). How were the eggs?

Hi Veronika,
Your excellent focus and light mangement has caprured great detail and color in your well-framed compo; the hens on the grass infront of the primitive, old buildings makes an interesting shot. I also like your title and you note, Clearly fired clay lasts a lot longer the the adobe that is used by Indians in the Southwest.
