Photographer’s Note

Here you can see Košice´s coat of arms, which is the Europe´s oldest one obtained from the King Louis the Great in 1369 and later in the 15th century renewed by the King Vladislav II.
This coat of arms was commonly used by the major of the Kosice and by the city´s council.

Behind the coat of arms there is St. Elisabeth´s Cathedral with St. Michael´s Chapel in front of it.
