Photographer’s Note
Chateau Betliar: One of the most beautiful slovak chateaux situated in the Gemer region near the city of Roznava and only 15 km´s from also well known Castle Krasna Horka.
Shortly about history of this beautiful structure:The chateau with its four corner wall towers is a result of a reconstruction undertaken in the 19th century, when it was rebuilt by it owners, the Andrassy family, to a representative hunting residence located in the middle of a beautiful English park with romantic buildings, an artificial cave and a waterfall. Similarly interesting is the interior, which includes a picture gallery, a music- and a hunting-saloon, library with 2000 volumes, period furniture and exotic collections. The reconstruction brought the castle the UNESCO prize.

Excellent exposure and colour Michael. I think the perspective could be more interesting if you were to move more to one side of the building and get a 3 dimensional view.
