Nice picture! The sepia tone adds some "old-fashion" flavour, but I like the framing and the buildings in background vanishing in the fog.

That is why I like your photos, Ivana, it is never a plain view of something, they always carry "something else" in them, and this "something" is nothing else but you, your mind, your perception of the world. In this case, the view is beautifully composed and the sepia fits well, but these are the citations in your note that really put the scene in context, multiplying its effect, and vice versa, the photo illustrates the meaning of the words... One of the best examples of how the photo can work with the note. Perfect.

The lines and graphism are superbly rendered here, all within this foggy ambience, where everything assumes a shape of mystery. The lighting is just right and your choice of a B&W motif most apropos. You have a remarkable knack of capturing the mood. A very fine note to accompany.

Ivana, your choice of quotes is excellent, and the photo itself is filled with what can only be felt as the mists of time. The sharpness of the wrought iron in the foreground brings us back to reality and the sense of desertion in this town square. Nice choice of sepia to render this one. A lovely shot that reminds us of everything remembered and forgotten.

Hola Ivana...fantastic atmosphere/mood...great compo with the stark foreground and the diffused background of those hauntingly beautiful houses.
Adding those so appropraite quotes just creates "sheer magical view". Love the tone achieved as well.
