Kamil,
This is a very nice blue hour shot. Your composition is nice using the stairs to lead the eye into the scene. The angle of the shot is great giving the scene a nice sense of depth. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and detail.

Lovely! Maybe a bit overexposed (the lights), but otherwas fine. Good POV and clever composition. Good colors.
