Probably they are thinking "its better being out here than being all day in the office..."

Nice picture from what appears to be a nice place. Good framing and composition...

Kalemegdan is a nice place with really high photographic potential. I like the relaxing mood your photo gives me Sotiri and i think it was smart to include the couple of teenagers in the frame as it contrasts effectively with the four 'managers' ;)

Nice contradiction to see the Managers enjoying the sceanery away from their gloomy offices. Very cool idea.
