I like the patchwork effect of the reflection, but I think the rotation has taken away from the reflections intrigue.

I like this shot, very interesting point of view, good composition (maybe move frame a bit left or crop, to move tower on building corner to strong poinf of image)
IMO you should also adjust midtones (they are too dark) and then it will be perfect :)
